“Thank you so much for the course, it was wonderful, and the more it sank in, the better it feels.   I loved using the wall ‘because everyone needs support sometimes’ this hit home with me. Also, often when I relax, it feels like a fog clears and I get loads of energy and want to get on with things. During the course, I went through this and carried on going until I could be calm. This calm has stayed with me through 3 hrs driving and a meal on the way home, and a 24hr shift where a lot of things that annoy me happened. I have used some of the things I learnt on the course to have a truly relaxing day today. Although I have done the child’s pose many times before, after all we had done in the afternoon, it felt like a cwtch, this is a welsh word and means a cuddle but so much more with security and protection. The yogic sleep at the end, with so many people including myself drifting in and out of consciousness showed just how relaxed we all were.”

“When I arrive at Rachael’s class I’ve usually had a pretty stressful day at work and am thinking about 4 or 5 different things; by the time I leave I am pleasantly tired from the very welcome stretching, and completely relaxed.  I enjoy it so much I’m trying to fit in an extra class each week.  Rachael takes into account my dodgy knees, so there is never a problem with my pre-existing difficulty.  Highly recommended.”
