Introduction to Yoga Workshop

During this beginners Yoga workshop, you’ll be introduced to the basic practices of Hatha Yoga, which will enable you to start practicing with confidence. You will learn:

  • Yoga postures that create a supple and strong body
  • healthy alignment for a strong spine and good posture
  • techniques that activate the bodies relaxation response
  • how to slow down mental activity and why that is so beneficial
  • moving meditation
  • some Yoga philosophy

Suitable for…

  • Complete beginners who are interested in the physical and mental benefits that Yoga offers.
  • Anyone who has joined a class in the last 6 months and would really like to understand the techniques.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the start of the workshop will be refunded apart from a £10 deposit. Cancellation within 14 days of the workshop is non-refundable and non-transferable.
